Join the Camp Dream at this year's Northeast GA disAbility Conference & Resource Expo. The Northeast Georgia Transition Team, in partnership with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, presents a day of information and resources to promote positive employment outcomes for people with disabilities. Through attending conference presentations and visiting exhibitors, attendees will learn more about how people with disabilities can and do make important contributions to America’s businesses every day!

Conference Sessions include:

• preparing for independence & work
• positive behavior supports
• finding a first job
• financial planning
• post high school education
• medicaid/SSI
• guardianship
