Join us at the Community Health Fair 2016 hosted by the University of Phoenix. The mission of this Health Fair is to educate our community with health issues and anything else that affects our society, i.e.: living situations, disabilities, etc...

Some of the confirmed attendees include: Camp Dream, Mobile Blood Bank, nutritionist, chiropractor, physical therapist and American Family Care.

Some of the topics covered include: Heart Disease, Nutrition, Fitness, Physical Therapy, Preventive Care and Urgent Care.
