Join us at the 2020 Gwinnett County Transition Fair. Camp Dream will have a booth, sharing information with campers and volunteers about upcoming Summer Camp and Camp Out programs. Stop by and say hi if you're in the area.

This event will feature over 60 agencies that specialize in the areas of:

  • Employment and vocational training

  • Community participation

  • Self-advocacy

  • Recreation and leisure for young adults with disabilities

  • Funding and community resources
